Shipping

We ship to most locations worldwide; however, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, particularly for international destinations.

At the time of order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. In accordance with carrier policies, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.

Please note that we are unable to ship via UPS or FedEx to Post Office boxes.

Upon delivery, we strongly recommend carefully unpacking and inspecting your shipment. Smaller items may be included within packaging materials, so please review all contents thoroughly. Bubble wrap is used solely for product protection and not as filler material.

All shipping-related claims must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt.

Custom Order Delivery

The production times and delivery lead times are estimates and may change. They do not constitute any commitment on our part. Any time frame provided is only a good-faith estimate. Whatever the mode of transport, the goods always travel at the buyer's risk and peril. For on-site delivery, the space must be safe and easily accessible to cargo trucks. Delivery costs are entirely at the purchaser’s expense unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Cut-Off Times

Our standard daily shipping cut-off time is 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. For expedited shipping requests, the cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. CST.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost.

Louisiana Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the State of Louisiana unless a valid Resale Certificate is provided. The state sales tax rate is 5%, with an additional 5.5% applied to orders delivered within East Baton Rouge Parish, in accordance with local regulations.
