Once we receive your information, it will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive a welcome email within one business day. You can then view our discounted pricing and place orders directly through our site. For larger orders we suggest contacting us directly.

Your account will not be approved without completely filing out the form below and uploading one of the following documents:
Resellers: current state resale certificate.
Architects, Designers, and Hospitality: current architectural license, interior designer license, or other appropriate professional license.

We cannot accept your Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service as a form of resale certificate or license.
