Exchanges & Returns

Damaged Goods
If a product is damaged in shipping, please stop unpacking and notify us immediately. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please call a customer service representative at: 225.612.5533 or email us at: info@Bonnecaze.com to notify us of any issue. Photos of the damaged item(s), as well as possibly the packaging, will be required.

Please keep all original shipping cartons and packaging materials, as well as the merchandise, until further notice. The shipping company will not process a claim for damaged merchandise if ANY of the original shipping materials are missing or if the merchandise has been altered in any way. 

Returns
If you will be exchanging or returning an item, please contact us to arrange for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number will need to be written on the outside of the box and helps us identify your return. You must include a copy of your original packing slip or a completed Exchange/Return Form. If you cannot locate your packing slip, you may download our Exchange/Return Form here. Please fill out the form with your company's information, RMA, order number, the product specifics, and the reason for the exchange/return. Include this form, or the original packing slip, with the item(s) you are returning.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view our Exchange/Return Form. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded here: http://www.adobe.com.

*** No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and/or an RMA number provided by us. We will not accept a return without a copy of your original packing slip or the completed Exchange/Return Form.***

Please take care in unpacking and inspecting your shipment at once. Small items are often overlooked, so please check through the packing material carefully. Bubble wrap is used to package goods only. It is never used as filler material.

It is our policy to ship all orders complete and free from factory defects. However, in the event that a shipping error is made, we will authorize requests for returns made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise altered from its original condition will not be authorized for credit 

 *** WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY ABSINTHE FOUNTAINS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THEY MUST ALSO BE PLACED INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX. THE PRODUCT BOX IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***

For any return, we reserve the right to charge a 10% stocking fee, or a 20% restocking fee for any item(s) not returned in its original state and/or packaging.

Defective Goods
When requesting replacement for a defective item, please know that if the item is truly defective, we will replace it. Often, what is mistaken for a defect is simply the result of hand craftsmanship.
